Persyaratan untuk peran ini:

• Tersedia jam fleksibel
• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 – Rp4,000,000 per bulan

Responsibilities:

– Respond efficiently and professionally to guest inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and OTA (Online Travel Agency)

– Provide detailed information about room availability, rates, facilities, and special offers.

– Assist guests with pre-arrival arrangements, including transportation, special requests, and check-in procedures.

– Provide clear and accurate information about properties.

– Address guest concerns, complaints, and special requests efficiently to ensure a positive experience

– Process reservations from various booking channels and update the system accordingly.

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.

Requirements:

– 1 year of experience in the same position

-Freshers can also apply.

– Hospitality Background

– Excellent Communication & Writing English skills

– Good Interpersonal Skills

– Ready to work in a team and individually

– Good Attitude and Friendly

– Computer Literate

– Able to work under pressure

– Domiciled in Bali
