Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with business goals and enhance the omnichannel shopping experience.
- E-commerce Growth
Optimize the e-commerce platform for conversions, improve functionality, and integrate with in-store systems.
- Leadership
Lead and manage the digital marketing team across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.

- Customer Acquisition and Retention
Grow the customer base via paid search, social media, and influencer partnerships while driving retention through personalized email marketing and CRM strategies.
- Trends and Competitor Monitoring
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with merchandising, IT, creative, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and customer experience across all channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 4+ years in leadership, ideally in retail or fashion.
- Proven success in customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth via digital channels.
- Understanding of omnichannel retail and integrating digital with physical store experiences.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, with experience in AI-driven personalization and customer segmentation.
