Project Coordinator
Report to CDO, PM, Site Manager, HRM
Collaboration with: HR, Procurement, Foreman
Brief
The construction administration performs general duties such as setting up
filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering project supplies, and
other administrative tasks for project.
Responsibilities
● Provide administrative support to the HR manager, project manager, Site
Manager and other construction management staff
● Arranging technical documentation elaboration, signing, archivate regarding
quality and safety control procedure, daily and weekly reports etc.
● Coordinate the project team to ensure due procedures execution and
documentation ecosystem provided in time according the procedures.
● Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional way
● Assist Site Manager preparing forms such as change orders, purchase request,
● Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data
entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for
special projects as requested
● Coordinate meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts, and make travel
arrangements for the project management team
● Prepare payroll daily workers together with Site Manager
● Prepare a minute of meeting report and update the progress of tasks as
discussed in the meeting.
● Prepare calculation of daily workers
● Control and report attendance daily workers and employees
Skills & Qualifications
● diploma is required – additional college such as an associate’s degree or
bachelor’s degree is very valuable
● 3 years of experience of administrative experience is needed – previous
administrative duties in a busy construction office is ideal
● Familiarity with the construction industry is desired, but not required
● Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed
● Proficient in computer skills, especially Google docs, MS Office (Word, Excel,
and Powerpoint)

● Documentation procedures provided properly
● Accurate data for daily workers payment
