Tasks & Responsibilities
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding potential leads;
- Reaching out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication;
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals;
- Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits;
- Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
- Keep detailed records of interactions with leads and provide regular reports on lead qualification and conversion metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor (S1) degree or minimum Diploma degree
- 2 years of experience in sales & marketing (B2B experience will be an added advantage), or related experience converting inbound leads and other related functions. Fresh graduate with enthusiastic attitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with leads
- Basic understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify potential opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads simultaneously. Speed to lead is mission critical.
- An organized and results-oriented as well as have a challenge-driven approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing value to leads.
- Having excellent interpersonal skill and the awareness of professional appearance.
