Requirements:

• 2 year experience, degree from an accredited University in Culinary, Arts, Restaurant Management or related major or 4 year experience in the Culinary, Food, Beverage or related professional area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide directions for all day-to-day operations.
• Provides guidance & direction to sub ordinates, including setting performance standards & monitoring performance.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs & financial objectives are met.
• Supervises & coordinates activities cooks & works engaged in food preparation.
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques & equipment to staff.
