Qualification :

Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or related field,
Good relationship, able to build positive working relation with sales company and colleagues,
Strong supervisory and leadership skills and foresee the problem that will occur can be prevented,
Proactive, high – service mindset and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines,
Fluent in English communication skills, Japanese is advantage,
Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point,
Experience in SAP implementation within a supply chain environment.

Scope Of Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities :

Cooperate with sales company to receive sales information and sales forecast to set up production plan,
Set Up production plan base on production capacity and material availability,
New Model Scheduling control in order to produce and deliver on time,
Control progress of production and new model to achieve target,
Design working shift operation according to production tendency,
Set up master plan, final budget and revise budget plan,
Service part supply management,
Analyze and find solution when material shortage or over stock for production,
Customer order management both of Air Conditioner and Service part,

Experience Requirement :

Skills / Competency:

Demand – supply planning / inventory management / material management / and production and planning control,
New model scheduling and product life cycle management,
Analytical & prioritization skills, able to multi-task under time pressure.
