Assist the Admin & Office Manager in leading and managing human resource activities in line with the organization’s value, culture, and business plan
Administer all aspects of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, employees’ relations, corporate culture, organization development, career planning and development
Implement human resource practices in accordance to federal laws, policies, and procedures
Experience in contract review, dispute resolution and other legal document
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Ensure office supplies are maintained
