About Us: PT. Smart Tech Solutions  is a forward-thinking and rapidly growing company with a robust online and offline presence. We are dedicated to providing top quality products such as DJI Agras, Ecoflow, and Funsnap. As we expand our e-commerce operations, we are in search of a talented and results-driven Ecommerce Staff to join our team.

Job Overview: As an Ecommerce Staff at PT. Smart Tech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels flow and performance. You will collaborate closely with Ecommerce Lead to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance the customer journey, and improve overall online performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ecommerce Strategy: Work alongside with Ecommerce Lead to develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Product Management: Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels across various online platforms.
3. Digital Marketing: Participate in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including Promotion, social media, and On Site SEO/SEM.
4. Customer Experience: Monitor and enhance the online customer experience, including Chat Performance, Ratings, and Review & Feedbacks.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data, platform traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to achieve e-commerce objectives.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in e-commerce operations, preferably in Tech & Electronic.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Tokopedia).
• Strong understanding of marketing techniques and tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Willing to 100% WFO and can join immediately.
