Job Description

Responsible for the development and implementation of the Development Program for all staff in the Operations & Information Technology (OIT) Directorate, so that organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently
Develop and implement Operations & IT Academy that is in line with the strategy of the Operations & IT Directorate and aligned with the Learning & Development ˗ Directorate of Human Resources (HR) strategy
Develop and implement the Operations & IT Development Program to develop young talents for future leaders in the Operations & IT Directorate
Develop and implement other Development Programs in line with the business strategy and ensure that these programs are implemented according to the timeline
Location : Griya Niaga 2 Bintaro Sektor 7, Tangerang Selatan

Qualification

Bachelor degree any major
At least 5 years or more of experience in HR Learning and Development/People Development
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) is a must
Good Communication Skills and Relationship Skills (team work and partnership)
Strong Banking Knowledge (especially Operations and Technology)
