Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Barat Posisi E-commerce Specialist di PT Mitra Prosperindo Abadi

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible in handling all e-commerce marketplaces including product shooting & listings, order administration, content editing, promotional campaign planning, traffic acquisition, sales conversion, orders shipment, customers’ complaints, ratings/reviews and reporting.
2. Monitor and Analyze traffic, daily order, and product data (or any marketplace data) to come up with new marketing measures to achieve monthly sales target.
3. Manage the online store and social media accounts on a day-to-day basis (product listing, promotion & pricing changes, campaign banner management), in timely manner;
4. Maximize e-Commerce sales through digital marketplace such as Shopee, Lazada & etc.
5. Responsible for end-to-end e-Commerce performance including sales, stock availability, pricing, listing content, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation, order management, order fulfillment, after-sales service etc.
6. Handling customer inquiries and feedback account reviews and providing the best customer experience;
7. Payment reconciliation from all online marketplaces every month-end;
8. Work closely with the warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations of e-commerce marketplace, including order fulfillment, logistic arrangement and inventory forecast;
9. Monitoring market trends and identifying new media opportunities in line with business and client considerations;
10. Search, recommend and seek approvals for new online sales channels.
11. Plan and strategize content creation for all social media, FB, IG, TikTok, etc..
12. Contribute towards sales escalation through different and unique strategies;
13. Establishing practices within the E-commerce team to streamline implementation and reporting.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above with at least 2 years working experience in operating e-commerce platforms;
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word. Knowledge in Photoshop would be an advantage;
3. Experience in marketplace management like Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, et cetera would be a plus;
4. Detail-minded, well organized, self-starter, able to handle multi-task and work under pressure;
5. Good command of spoken and written in language Indonesia & English. Mandarin would be a surplus
6. Willing to work beyond normal office hour during promotional campaign.
