Responsible for Organization Development
Ensuring manpower planning in accordance with the needs and strategic direction of the company.
Handling end-to-end recruitment
Carrying out the Training Needs Analysis process and developing a Training and Development activity program for the company.
Become a company facilitator in managing Performance Management by assisting unit and individual KPI settings.
Managing and monitoring employee performance through a system
Mapping and placing appropriate human resources in the organization (through rotation, transfer, and promotion processes).
Responsible for the entire administrative process related to HR management.
Carrying out all activities related to Industrial Relations (completion of contracts, termination of employment, sanctions, etc.).

Requirement

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or another related field.
Have work experience as HR Supervisor for at least 2 years.
Understand the implementation of HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Have the ability to manage Compensation and Benefit
Understanding Performance Management System
Have the ability in the field of Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement
Willing to be placed in Cikarang
