• Steer project activities such as design, vendor information, construction, equipment deliveries, etc.
• Coordinate financial business case analysis
• Maintain ongoing communications with stakeholders
• Lead located factory project execution, including a budget, schedule, scope, and quality management
• Establish capacity and practical utilization analysis for specific product lines with S&OP, develop and execute capacity expansion plan for those lines with capacity constraints
• Constantly monitor the performance of organic capital projects including schedule, scope of work, budget, and quality of execution, and post-mortem review for completed projects
• Coordinate capacity and practical utilization analysis for all factory production lines, support CAPEX capacity expansion plan for those lines with capacity constraints
• Constantly monitor the performance of organic capital projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• 5-8 years of professional experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, reporting, and presentation skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
• Ability to interact with others at all levels
• Competent with Microsoft Office programs and AutoCAD
• Flexible to changing priorities and demands
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
