UX Researcher

2 days WFO in Bandung + 3 days WFH, Internship (3 months)

Things you will do

• Understanding the basic design process.
• Work with UX Researcher in planning research, doing research, synthesis and creating research reports.
• Translate research findings into insights and opportunities
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designer in an agile environment to build and launch new features
• Participate in the Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Learn a lot, grow a lot, and have a lot of fun.

You’ll fit in this job if you

• Fresh graduates majoring in Computer Science, Product Design, and Phycology!
• Any additional course, training, or certifications relating to Product Design, and or UI/UX Design will be an advantageous
• Having a true passion, strong design feel, and taste should be demonstrated through a portfolio/samples of works.
• Understand basic knowledge/theories within UX research or general research
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to learning.
• Have a willingness to learn and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Familiar with the following technologies and software: Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, and other design tools.
• Having knowledge of research and phycology!
