RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handling daily office general administration such as administrative support, scheduling and arranging appointments, organizing files, etc
- Supporting and helping sales team and other office staff in daily administrative activities
- Scheduling and arranging delivery team
- Taking care of facility management, maintenance, petty cash and office supplies.
- Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
- Handle showroom and warehouse administration (stock mutation, defect items and stock opname)
REQUIREMENTS :
- Age range between 20-25 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree, from any field (1-2 years in relevant fields is an advantage)
- Required skills : communication, clerical, interpersonal, resourceful, and team player
- Detail oriented and organize
- Able to work with Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Willing to work in Jakarta Area
- Able to work in Saturday (if needed)
