Lowongan Kerja Banten Posisi Admin Staff di PT MEIDE MECH INDONESIA

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Handling daily office general administration such as administrative support, scheduling and arranging appointments, organizing files, etc
  • Supporting and helping sales team and other office staff in daily administrative activities
  • Scheduling and arranging delivery team
  • Taking care of facility management, maintenance, petty cash and office supplies.
  • Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions.
  • Handle showroom and warehouse administration (stock mutation, defect items and stock opname)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Age range between 20-25 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree, from any field (1-2 years in relevant fields is an advantage)
  • Required skills : communication, clerical, interpersonal, resourceful, and team player
  • Detail oriented and organize
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Willing to work in Jakarta Area
  • Able to work in Saturday (if needed)
