1. Minimum of one year experience in finance and accounting in an online ecommerce company: Experience in managing finances and accounting for an online ecommerce company, including knowledge of payment processing, refunds, returns, and chargebacks.

2. In-depth knowledge of Accurate Online software: Ability to use and manage Accurate Online software for accounting and financial management, including familiarity with the software’s features and functions.

3. Strong self-management skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently to ensure that all financial tasks and responsibilities are completed on time and to a high standard.

4. Strong financial reporting skills: Ability to generate financial reports, analyze financial data, and present financial information to management and stakeholders.

5. Understanding of tax regulations: Knowledge of tax regulations and requirements for ecommerce businesses, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax.

6. Budgeting and forecasting skills: Ability to develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.

7. Knowledge of payment gateway systems: Understanding of payment gateway systems used by ecommerce platforms, including their features and functionality.

8. Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely and effective manner, using analytical and critical thinking skills.

9. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy: Ensuring that all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.

10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

11. Willing to work on site: From Monday to Saturday starting from 10 to 6

12. Experience working independently: Ability to work independently and manage all accounting and financial responsibilities on their own, without the need for a team.

13. Owns a personal laptop to use in the office
