Job Description

  • Receiving, recording and resolving all customer questions, requests and complaints in accordance with the time and method of handling determined by the company

  • Conduct end-to-end monitoring activities for the resolution of customer requests/complaints involving other units/vendors by coordinating directly with related units

  • Maintain company image and good relations with customers by communicating and by looking and behaving well in accordance with what is regulated by the company and applicable norms

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information about facilities, services and products if needed using appropriate methods/tools

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major

  • Having 2-3 years working in the service / Customer Service department

  • Having knowledge in financial industry is an added value

  • Good communication skill and enjoy building relationship with new person

  • Excellent in customer orientation
