We are looking for passionate and driven Account Managers who are eager to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and support the growth of our government business across the assigned region.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

  • Identify business opportunities and support market expansion through customers and business partners.

  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with B2B/B2G customers.

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions and support.

  • Conduct product presentations, customer visits, and sales activities to drive transactions.

  • Manage customer databases, analyze sales data, and prepare regular business performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.

  • Experience in B2B/B2G sales or marketplace platforms is preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable.

  • Based in Gorontalo and willing to work mobile.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

  • Exposure to government institutions, public sector projects, or procurement processes.

  • Strong understanding of the local market and business landscape.
