Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi Finance Assistant Manager di Fresh Factory

Job Description:

Assist in overseeing daily finance operations and ensure all processes run in accordance with company SOPs.
Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Support monthly closing processes and preparation of financial reports.
Analyze financial reports and provide insights to management.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational and financial planning needs.
Ensure payment processes and financial administration are completed accurately and on time.
Support internal and external audit processes.
Monitor and evaluate operational cost efficiency.
Supervise and guide the finance team in daily activities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with prior experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
Strong understanding of cash flow management, AP/AR, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
Willing to be placed in Head Office, South Jakarta.
