About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Client Relationship Officer to drive client engagement and support revenue growth.

This role is primarily focused on sales execution: you will manage leads, build relationships, and guide potential clients through the decision-making process to convert interest into deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email

• Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and professional communication

• Ensure fast response time and high engagement quality

• Qualify leads and identify client needs, preferences, and investment goals

• Present and explain Tiara Hana’s villa co-ownership concept clearly and persuasively

• Schedule meetings, presentations, or site visits for the sales team

• Support the closing process through coordination and client handling

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles

• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills

• Confident and comfortable handling clients via phone and digital channels

• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline

• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills

• Fluent in English is a must

• Experience in property, hospitality, banking, insurance, or high-value sales is a plus

• Willing to work full-time on-site in Bogor, West Java
