Profile

A successful Senior Manager Support Services should have:

• Proven 15+ years expertise in managing support services within the energy & natural resources industry.
• A strong understanding of operational processes and resource management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in Mandarin speaking.
• Experience in leading teams and driving performance improvements.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• An analytical mindset to assess and improve operational efficiency.
• A degree in a relevant field such as business administration or operations management.
