Job Description :

1. Developing comprehensive and appropriate work plans based on in-depth knowledge of building management and high-rise building systems in general.

2. Implementing effective work distribution based on workload analysis and building management operational processes.

3. Possess knowledge of surveillance systems in the technical field (especially equipment in a multi-storey building/structure) and the hospitality field (including service, cleanliness, security and comfort) and manage subcontractors/suppliers well.

4. Possess knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in order to minimise the possibility of workplace accidents and fatalities due to disasters (fires, earthquakes, floods, etc.) and have the ability to coordinate with relevant external agencies (such as the police, fire brigade, electricity company, etc.) in the local area.

Qualification :

1. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s qualification in Engineering.

2. At least 4 years of work experience as an operations manager in a property company.

3. Has a strong personality, able to work within the required deadlines.

4. Willing to work in the Cikarang.
