– Knowledge about Footwear production process

– Ability to communicate in English

– Skill in computer/ Excel, word

– Good analytical thinking skill

– Ability to make quick decision making

– Good communication skill

– Good negotiation skill

– S1, +3 years experiences

– Adobe Photoshop & illustrator

Job and Responsibilities :

1. Manage the product creation process from design to production approval

2. Work closely with supplier and factory

3. Evaluates trends, innovation, customer brand guidelines, and business objectives to persuades profitable products

4. Analyzes historic data, trends, product assortment, and competition to make recommendations and develop the product development strategy

5. Identifies changing market trends and makes recommendations to ensure competitive advantage

6. Identifies, evaluates and negotiates with supplier
