Lowongan Kerja Kebayoran Lama Posisi Sr Human Resource Generalist di PT Magna Finance Tbk

  •   Ensure Magna’s Human Resources systems and policies are consistently applied based on principles of Magna’s Employee’s Charter, and are in compliance with Federal, State and local regulations
  •   Develop and assist with training requirements and coordinate all documentation for personnel files
  •   Conduct recruiting activities to support production requirements
  •   Assist in developing and conducting new Employee orientations to cover Magna Team Member Charter, company policies and procedures, and benefits information 
  •   Maintain Division job description program
  •   Able to maintain confidentiality, and use discretion and tact
  •   Assist in administration of division drug testing program and maintain statistics
  •   Provide counsel and support to team members and management on employee relations matters and seek to maintain balanced level of positive team member relations
  •   Assist in keeping handbook is kept up to date by timely incorporation of policy revisions, ensure adherence throughout the company. 
  •   Administer all Division benefit programs and serve as resource on benefit issues
  •   Administer FMLA program and disability management
  •   Assist in Wage Progression program
  •   Administer Job Posting program
  •   Prepare and conduct presentations to encourage health and education on insurance cost containment
  •   Assist in administering PeopleSoft database, ensuring it is kept current, and liaison with Magna Corporate as appropriate
  •   Promote and ensure full utilization of all communication channels so that continuous dialogue exists among Employees, Direct Leaders and management
  •   Provide counsel and support to Human Resources Manager and provide necessary backup 
  •   Ensure timely completion of relevant portions of EOS Action Plan
  •   Maintain high profile with Employee on plant floor and be a strong advocate to ensure timely resolution of Employee concerns and issues
  •   Encourage safety and housekeeping practices and lead by example
  •   Promote and facilitate Open Door process and Fair Treatment
  •   Participate in Continual Improvement activities
  •   Adhere to customer requirements, Business Operating System and company policies
  •   Perform other duties as assigned
