Customer Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements,
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and travel policies.
Booking Coordination:
- Booked hotel and activity reservations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations.
- Confirm details with clients and provide booking confirmations.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to reservations.
- Provide assistance to clients in case of travel disruptions or emergencies.
Knowledge of Travel Products:
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and various travel products.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in airline policies, visa requirements, and other relevant travel regulations.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other departments, such as operation and quotation, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to secure the best travel deals and promotions.
Customer Education:
- Educate clients on travel-related information, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and health and safety precautions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using booking systems and online reservation platforms.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of geography, travel regulations, and various travel products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
