Responsibilities of Accounting

Invoice verification
Record all transaction journals and filing documents
Check all payment vouchers (payable / cash) and receipt vouchers and make sure the journals and expenses are posted on the proper post
Support the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Arrange tax report, especially e-Bupot and e-Tax Invoice
Support monthly and annual financial report

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, with minimum GPA 3.00
Age max. 25 years
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, however work experience in accounting will be an added advantage
Honest, discipline, high motivation, energetic, and creative
Able to work independently under minimum supervision as well as a team player
Good analytical skill and fully responsible on the job
Have brevet A & B certification
Familiar with accurate and another accounting system
Expert in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
