We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef De Party to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is your opportunity to learn from the best, perfect your skills, and contribute to creating high-quality, delicious dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various stages of food preparation.
• Cook and prepare components of high-quality dishes.
• Prep ingredients like vegetables, meats, and fish.
• Support other Chefs and work collaboratively in a team.
• Handle deliveries, restock supplies, and assist in stock rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness of your station and adhere to safety standards.
• Uphold our kitchen’s high standards of food safety and hygiene.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in a kitchen.
• Familiarity with manual handling techniques and COSHH.
• Experience using kitchen and potentially hazardous equipment, such as knives.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential, But a Plus):

• A basic understanding of all kitchen sections.
• Ability to produce quality basic food under supervision.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene practices.
• Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
• A keen eye for detail and strong numeracy skills.
• A drive to develop your culinary skills and knowledge.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards change.
• Self-motivation to work independently and deliver quality results.
• An approachable manner and the ability to work well within a team.
