Qualifications & experience

Strong analytical skills. Strong knowledge business process, project management.
Strong english command ability.
Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
Able to grasp new concepts and eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies.
Education : Bechelor’s or undergraduate degree in business administration, computer science, information system, contruction, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
Minimun 5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Tasks & responsibilities

Conduct business process reengineering, process innovation with ERP development, implementation with ERP supplier, ERP consultant.
Conduct daily operation, support for ERP system which it will included trouble shooting, application patches implementation, follow up any requirement, provide system technical leadership or guidance and involved in any project related to ERP system.
Installing and configuring the ERP system with ERP consultant.
Manage, overseeing and support overall operation for ERP system in the company.
– Communicate periodic status report for current ERP project and/or current issue.
Manage and conduct ERP training for users in the company with ERP consultant.
Support integration between ERP system with other business administration system by providing ERP operation assistance and guidance for the implementation.
Solve and manage ERP problem with designated ERP consultant.
Gathering requirements periodically and adjust current ERP functionalities to have better business process with ERP consultant.
Perform any other official duties assigned by the superior(s).
Monitoring the system performance, daily backup monitoring.
