- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports for internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a payroll specialist or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
- Familiarity with relevant payroll laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of school policies and procedures is a plus.
