About the role

Join as a full-time Project Coordinator . In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. As an experienced Project Coordinator, you will play a key strategic role in contributing to the growth and success of the business.

What you’ll be doing

A project coordinator handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, scheduling meetings and appointments, and carries out the necessary daily tasks to keep a project on track, coordination with the operator, vendors, consultants, and others related to our project. This extends from the initial goal setting and planning phases all the way through to project completion and delivery. This includes establishing budgets, estimating necessary resources, and plotting a timeline for completion

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Project Coordinator in the High end property developer industry

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget

• Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and relevant regulations

• Strong project planning, scheduling, and budget management skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation

• Previous experience in 5 stars hotel or residential (luxury brand would be an advantage) from 0% until delivery

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and lead diverse teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
