What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and implement driver-partner acquisition processes

• Manage all operational activities in Medan office from driver partner acquisition and onboarding, order fulfillment, and driver education

• Increase Lalamove’s brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles

• Monitor drivers operations support activities on making callout, sticker installation, and distribute drivers attributes

• Collaborate with Marketing team for driver’s lead generations activities

• Achieve total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives

What we seek:

• Good communication and interpersonal skill

• Good analytical and problem solving skill

• Able to meet the target determined by company

• Able to work under pressure and capable to adapt in any given organizational changes

What you’ll need:

• Graduate from reputable university majoring in management, operations or any related field

• Fluent in English would be preferrable

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in operations department

• Have experience in leading and managing small team

• Familiar with Google Spreadsheets

• Willing to be placed in Medan (Sumatra Utara)
