Digital Marketing Strategy Lead - PT. XL Axiata Tbk

 


Objectives


To create, develop, monitor, and continuously improve XL Home's digital assets performances, as well as to ensure digital-base ads and campaigns, supporting XL Home business objectives.

Roles
  • Develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, maintain a website to drive traffic, leads and sales through online channel.
  • Develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using social media ads, gdn, SEO, Etc to drive traffic and leads to website and generate interest in company product and services
  • Managing end to end website and digital ads strategy to drive traffic, leads and sales through online channel
  • Write and optimise content for the website, newsletter and any digital channel
  • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Forecast digital marketing campaign growth and ROI in every digital marketing campaign
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Attend product launches and networking events
  • Collaborate with XL Home team, other XL Axiata's team, and agencies to create relevant and engaging digital campaigns
  • Maintain good relationship to partners (mainly content partner) to create a cooperation partnership program to increase awareness, and leads
  • Create clear scope of work, KPI, brief , managing relationship with appointed digital agency


Requirements
  • Min. 5 years relevant experience in ISP or E-Commerce or Digital Communication Agency
  • Strong background in digital marketing
  • Website and digital marketing experience
  • Have an e-commerce experience, drive traffic, leads and sales through website and online channel
  • Content marketing and email marketing experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly and analytically, solve problems, and prioritize work on projects
  • creative and always updated with the current trends
  • Self motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong leadership skill and team oriented
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have a knowledge on google adwords, SEO, SEM,
